Backed-up information includes purchase music, TV shows, apps, and books: photos and video in the Camera Roll; device setting(for example, Phone Favourites, Wallpaper, and Mail, Contacts, Calender accounts);app data; Home screen and app organization; Message ( iMessage, SMS, and MMS),ringtones and many more.
Media files are synced from your computer aren't backed-up but can be restored by syncing with iTunes.
How to back up iPhone on iCloud
iCloud automatically backs up the most important data on your device using iOS 5 or later. After you have enable Back-up on you iPhone, iPad or iPod touch in;To automatically back-up your iPhone devices, follow the illustration below.
SETTINGS--->iCLOUD--->BACK-UP & STORAGE; it will run on a daily basis as long as your devices are:
i. Connected to either internet over Wi-fi
ii. Connected to a power source
iii. Screen locked and you can as well back-up you iPhone devices manually whenever your device is connected to the internet over Wifi by choosing BACK-UP now from;
SETTINGS--->iCLOUD--->STORAGE & BACK-UP
