Don’t panics again when encountering such problem on your iPhone, all you need to do is follow the instruction below?
Step1: Connect your iPhone with PC and run the recovery software only
NOTE: Don't need to open iTunes or connecting it.
Step2: Select the name of your device (iPhone) and hit on START SCAN button to find all your call history on the backup file.
Step3: After successful scanning of the file, your file will be extracted from the iTunes backup and displayed in the categories section including photos, video, contacts, SMS call log etc.
Step4: Choose call log and click on RECOVER tab to continue recovering your call log history
Step5: Select/set a target path to save all you recover data in the pop-up window. And you are good to go
